woo, I lost 0.9lb, so yay for all of us
(of course, I expect a slight bounce back up due to at least half of that being water weight)
Also, I just joined my-calorie-counter.com which is run by everydayhealth.com and is an online health journal. I'm only using it for my calorie counting, which I've been doing in my head for a while, but this is so much easier once you get it set up how you want. Obviously Calories in vs. Calories out is the ultimate bottom line for losing weight, so hopefully this will really help.
You can specify specific daily dietary goals for yourself too and it will show you how far you need to go to meet them. So I have it set to 2200 Calories, 100g Protein, 286g Carbs, and 73g of Fat. It will show me my average over time, so I can go above some days, and under other days and keep on a steady diet.
My favorite thing about this setup, is that it splits food you eat into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack, so I can easily plan my day's diet ahead of time and know how many calories I am going to consume. So after I eat dinner tonight, I will have ~570 calories left to eat.
