People who buy a Wii with WM+ in mind will obviously be disappointed if there's no game using it. So there has to be something really big using it, because there's a big userbase ready to play games that use it. Maybe that's just me, but I'm sure that after a strong start we will see a sudden dropoff if there's no games available that use it.
People who already own a Wii own it regardless, but people that buy it for the M+ will want M+ games. Anyways big games are always needed, but also a constant flow of games, because it gives users more choices, not "the single big release that comes every 2 months" because not everyone will find it appealing, hence losing interest in the console very rapidly.
