It is, but harcore gamers won't be looking towards it as much as they will look towards MH Tri. Wii just needs something big to get back on track, and MH Tri is that game.

WSR will be big, but the majority of the Wii's userbase is casual, so if they want to attract new buyers they need some big core games. WSR may attract new core owners with the new control inputs, but then it must be implemented in new software or core gamers will lose interest, like what it happened with the Wii, after a long 1 year+ game drought that killed all the momentum.

If there's no core games that make use of the Wii M+, then most of the core gamers that bought a Wii for M+ will simply stop caring. I predict a big M+ game for Japan this year, a game that was already announced. Samurai Warriors 3, that's my bet. If it's not WM+ enabled, then I predict another big slump next year after the momentum by the big releases this year is lost.

Constant flow of games is what I believe the most crucial thing for a console to sell well continually. Look, the PS3 with a constant flow of games has managed to sell on par with the Wii for the year, so games do make a difference.
