Release: probably ~ 200k in Japan, 200 k in the US and 300k in Others first week UMD only... so yeah with DD probably 700k lt.
First year it has a great shot at passing 2.5 million and maybe 5-6 million LT... GTA:LCS is at 5.7 at the moment, and Im not certain that it will pass it, it all depends on the PSP GO if it will be a sub 5 million seller or not ;)
