My choice would have to be Conker! I know Microsoft has Rare, but I think a PSP version of Conker in all his glory would be amazing. With Viva Pinata on DS, you never know =)

Rare doesnt have a team that works on psp games, so i dont think they would go out of their way to make a psp game
