Everyone will say "NINTENDO BETRAYED UUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSS!" and then bickering commences, trolls come out of their shells, people will remind everyone there is another conference, and so on. Of course, they could surprise us with more. However I think the awesome third party games recently announced will take the stage more than anything unless Nintendo really do surprise us with this. The next conference will then begin and they'll announce some really good stuff, and probably more info on games from last October's conference. They might even usher the Japanese devs who are afraid of the swine flu to come over and announce some good stuff. Iwata already addressed the problem in Japan and I really doubt that'll go unattended. He did say they'd have several market moving titles by year's end. Anyway, I think this will be the better conference. |
That would be foolish of them though. E3 already gives them three days to peddle their wares, and nobody likes a cocktease. Doing things this way seems not only like a waste of resources, it seems outright counter-productive.
