row one should be blue	, which was done via "edit row"
row two should be default	as I only changed "odd rows"

Ok... I have figured out what is not working.
The whole "table row properties" is not working.... so you can colour a full row, but only through the "cell properties" option by changing it to "affect all cells in row"

This still leaves out the possibility of changing full columns.... and takes a lot longer than simply being able to drag-select your cells, and then change them by the background colour changer.

yes, and the problem is, I have 1000's of rows so if I can't do all at once, it doesn't do me any good.
