That is because the PS3 is selling a higher share of the weekly totals than its current market share in total. The Wii has to sell over 48.7% each week for the market share to increase, while the PS3 only has to sell over 21.8% of the weekly total to increase market share.
(note this is just an explanation for anyone who reads this post)
