If the PS3 Slim is legit and releases at $299 - What will it do for sales?

If the Slim is true, then that must mean that the 45nm Cell is finally in use.

It WILL be cheaper for SONY, way cheaper.
Cheaper Cell, less fans needed, less surface area of materials used and more units per shipment.
Probably something else i missed too.

It will jump the PS3 up to Wii-like sales.
