Why does everyone think that MGS4 is coming to 360 BY A TWITTER POST!?

I think part of my "How to identify a 360 fanboy" list explains this:

7) Metal Gear Solid 4 is a boring game. In fact, it's not even a game, it's a movie. A bad, boring movie, with useless gameplay thrown in. WHAT'S THAT? THERE'S A CHANCE IT'S COMING TO 360? MGS4 IS AWESOME AND DESERVES TO BE MULTIPLAT! What? It's not going multiplat? Of course it is! Kojima clearly hinted at it when he said he liked cheesecake! Well, it will go multiplat. Not that I care, I don't even like it.
