I will definately agree with the attituteds towards the 360. For almost the first full year nobody seemed very excited about its game line up. The console was a joke on forums. Things turned around about the time that Dead Rising came out. Of course, then came Gears.
And that's pretty common. Most people buy their consoles later on in it's life, when it has amassed a larger library of hit titles. I think the problem with the Wii was that it Launched with Twilight Princess, so a lot of people that normally would have waited a while to buy a Wii went out and got it right away. And once they were done that game, they were suddenly faced with a just launched console and the consequent just launched library.
That kind of attitude towards the Wii's library should subside considerably by Christmas.
