Wii is up 562,862 from 2008!

Note: This week was the worst week since the week ending 13th January in 2008. But back then the Wii was supply constrained. This week what prevented the Wii from getting higher numbers is the fact that demand is greatly down. Next week, Wii's YoY lead will disappear and will be down YoY. Last year at this time 750k Wii's were sold WW, and seeing how Wii is trending negatively, it won't be crazy to see sub 200k sales for the Wii next week.

Until late July rolls in, it will be doubtful to see the Wii go up. What we will see is a continuous drop until it stabilizes at some number that for now is unknown. The last time Wii sold less than 200k units WW was in October 2007, and it could be happening again for the next few months.
