I really think you should get Mario Kart Wii as you obviously like racing games.
Also, Mercury Meltdown may be up your alley, since you did buy Monkey Ball. You should be able to get it really cheap, and essentially it is a tilt game, but with a mercury glob instead of a marble/ball
Other games that are really good, but I don't know if you'll like them
* Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn - if you like strategy games, however I see none in your collection
* Mario Strikers Charged - great mario sports game. Very hard, but very fun.
* Super Paper Mario - Great platformer/RPG, but not much of an RPG. I thought it was very fun and innovating. The dialog can be long in parts, but other than that I have no complaints about it.
* Wario Land: Shake It! - 2D Platformer that you can find really cheap. It looks beautiful
