The best option, both safe and quick is DB working, for example if you find a game that's missing, say, 10 boxarts (I've found a lot of those, trust me), that's 20 easy bucks from no more than the 2 mins it takes to save the boxarts from GameFAQs and upload them with proper captions. Each summary is $4.50, if you go to a publisher or console site and start adding summaries from there you can easily make $100 in less than 15 minutes

I haven't read the entire thread so don't know whether someone else asked this, but when I tried to help out, it went like this:
post game that isn't in the database.... wait half a day.... some random line gets added to your profile... randomly click to see which game hides behind the link... then go get the pictures, add them... Wait another half a day....get some $$$
I don't know if that has changed, but it was NOT quick at all and NOT easy.

I can't say that I've seen a database job sitting in the queue for more than an hour, and they are typically done much faster than that. Unless you are updating in the middle of the night when all the db admins are sleeping.
EDIT: I just checked, and you last submitted around september 08, and back then we were overworked. Now things go much faster.
