Because some moron decided to call him "Star Fox Creator" when he isn't anything of the sort.
On that note, though, I think he is the boss at that company. Not that they're a big company anyway, but yeah... He has no say whatsoever in what happens to Star Fox, there's really no connection between him and the franchise. And even if there was, he didn't work on the best game in the series - Star Fox 64 - so I wouldn't really care if he was in, regardless.
