Microsoft owns Halo. No loopholes. They 100% own it. If they were to start selling things to cut costs, Halo would be the last thing they cut.
Halo 4, on a Microsoft console, could sell 10 million copies. It would be lucky to get half of that on a Sony console. It really makes no sense.
