How low before it counts as trolling?

The person can still be wrong and have completely unreasonable predictions, it's the intent and evidence that makes it trolling or not in my eyes.

edit: specifically about that thread, it is not trolling, but is not a great prediction either.

this right here. I don't care what you say, if you can back it up with some form of evidence or reasoning, then fine. If you say PS3 is going to have 50% market share by christmas then you are either trolling or really stupid, take your pick.
