I had already asked brett about adding a forum for trading/selling/buying used games from members. We had it work on a motorcycle forum I was on, and people even sold $3000 motorcycles through it. The general rule was you sold/traded with whoever you felt was trustworthy, and you would do the transaction however you wanted (since multiple countries makes some things easier, some harder)
Anyways, if someone didn't hold up their end of the bargain they were perma-banned from the website. Not much of a threat for a quick $50, but I think we only had 1 problem person who just kept saying he was going to pay, but didn't. I think he finally paid like 3-4 months after he got the item.
