It isnt just 1 opinion. I would like to think than all the vgcharz staff (or more people, not just the writer) have to read the review to aprove it.

Exactly.  We have a staff board separate from the main site where all reviews are posted before being put up here.  The entire staff has a chance to look at them and make comments, and we're not allowed to publish them until the content edittors approve what's written.  Sometimes there are big changes, sometimes everyone agrees, but trust me, some of them get hung up for a long time.
