Nope, it can't. But it will be a lot closer than last year of course. Probably 2:1 this year? But the PS3 could overtake the Wii in YTD sales after the FFXIII demo comes out. We still have to see at what level PS3 sales have stabilized. It saw a drop of 10k units from last week. Probably 20k this week and ahead of the Wii which will be around 16k. Then the week after they may be head to head or Wii slightly ahead. But again, depends on how much this recent streak of big games (Naruto, Demon's Soul, WKC, SF4, Yakuza 3, RE5, Musou Orochi Z) has really helped the console. There's not much coming up besides the FFXIII demo, in fact nothing notable until DW5 Empires in late May. Wii hasn't got much either, but sales are stable in the 15 - 20k range. PS3 sales may start to go down again if 360 sales this week were any indicative.
