Personally, I've never seen how this is such a big problem. I've added 155 games to my collection, and I'm probably missing a few, but I just add them when I think of them.
You could go pretty fast if you just open a new tab for every game on the list, then just click add, then close the tab. When you are back at the search screen you've added them all and you can do another search.
