In all the states around where I live, talking on cell phones is illegal. I can't say I'd ever drive to a state where it is legal, as they are too far away or have no interest in going there. Using a blue-tooth set is legal, but not much safer. People who are tired on the road piss me off too, as they are as bad as drunk driving.
