I'm going to say maybe. Right now it is 1.5m back, and only been on the market for a little over 2 years. In various markets we have seen Nintendo products doing good, and then just completely taking off (ds in europe for example http://vgchartz.com/hwlaunch.php?cons1=DS&reg1=Total+Other&cons2=&reg2=------&cons3=&reg3=------&weeks=156 )

However, for the Wii in japan to take off, Nintendo needs to figure out something ASAP. Right now it looks like a no, but who knows what will happen.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
