As long as I can stand them, yes.
Even if it means forcing myself through them, like Bad Company. Sometimes I try, and it's just too god awful to continue. Like Far Cry 2. Sometimes I give up, like Ninja Gaiden Sigma.
And then there are the games which I complete, and then play again (Uncharted, BioShock, MGS4, Tools of Destruction), and again and again and again (Age of Empires II, Age of Mythology, Warcraft III, Up Your Arsenal)
But for the most part, I complete all of my games at least once.
