If you are just looking for games for a platform, then you can go to the release dates page

however, you can only see 1 month at a time, and only 1 or all consoles at a time.
What I would like to see is the ability to search for all games containing the string "Mario" between 2000-2004, for the DS & GC (or any combination of systems) in the US (or any combination of regions)
