No, Ubisoft are the new EA. Activision still has a great series left (Call of Duty)
Ubisoft killed Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon AND Rainbox Six within two years. Good game. Well, Prince of Persia was good. But it was series murder in that it wasn't really Prince of Persia...
Although Activision did publish Big Rigs...
