she just punched the dog in the head. Not to hard to do if you have a big dog and are playing bowling. My dog goes after the controller too, but luckily she is really small.

It'd be easy to smack my dog in the head.  Doesn't mean I'd be oblivious to where he was, the dog is hyper and could easily jump in the way of my hand because he wants to join in the fun.

Well, they just got the system, and are excited to be playing. You sort of forget about other things when something new and exciting is happening. Heck, when I got the Wii I played for like 3 days straight and threw my arm out. Now I would never do that, as I know better and I'm not so excited that I want to play 8hr a day every day.
