We have no way of knowing which console will have the best 2009 lineup, since we haven't seen the full lineup of each console. There are still a lot of games where even if we know they're coming out, we still don't know too much about them (Call of Duty 6, Guitar Hero 5). Again, the best lineup is opinion.
