Definitely, especially in the first years of its life Neo-Geo had a lot of great non-fighting games. There were action games like Magician Lord, sports games like Baseball Stars Professional and Top Players Golf, even first-person games like Super Spy and Crossed Swords. Also there were a ton of awesome shooting-action games like Shock Troopers and a little series you may have heard of, Metal Slug. Beat-em-up games were also fun on Neo with stuff like Sengoku. So yes, tons of great games for it! Although I'd have preferred if they went lighter on the fighting games since I don't like too many of them.
