I don't know about a full-blown HD remake of FFVII (prolly would be too costly to develop), but as for a Wii-make... hey, u never know. It was rumored awhile back that Square was gonna update it for PS2, and with Wii selling as fast as it is, it would then be the next obvious choice for a remake.
Most likely though, the original would prolly just appear on XBL or PSN as a download with maybe some minor enhancements a la Symphony of the Night.
