Those are conditions that would contribute towards starting a war, not any sort of event that would start one.

I know we're all supposed to just crack jokes and high-five each other, but considering that the article is actually anywhere near to taking the scientist seriously, I figured I would as well.

 

well its a little hard to predict what precisely would be the trigger.  but since it sounds like other countries are picking apart the US...hes probably thinking a war against the US but doesnt want to say that.
