Wii:
- No universal FC system. Mario Kart got it right with the ability to send invites to people on your System FC list, but it isn't a standard.
- Costs me too much money with all the games I buy for it

DSLite:
- My thumb gets cramped with the d-pad, but other than that I love it.
PS3:
- Mandatory installs & patches. I loved consoles because they loaded fast, not because they made you install things. One of the many reasons I got a N64 over the PS1 was because of the lack of load times.
- Inconsistent button meanings. I get confused all the times when trying to back out of menus (granted, this is the devs fault, but is due to no common scheme set by Sony)
- Games being $10 more than what I'm used to paying. I can't bring myself to buy a PS3 game new at full price even though it is only a $10 difference.
- No backwards compatibility for PS2 games, which is a shame, as I have a few, but no PS2.
