Unlock as in appear in the catalog?
I think those are the items that has once appear in your inventory and it is finally in the catalog for you to re buy. If you have never touched a certain item then it won't appear in the catalog till you've touched it.
Also, we can't find any work to get bells, so we've had to just fish and pick peaches for money. How do we get more money?
There is a money rock that appear once a day that could give you around 8k bells. ( there's where the most of my income comes from
