I'm going to bet your only chance of getting one is from the Nintendo World Store. From what I understand they pretty much never run out of stock. However, that may not be true near the holidays.

 

yep that right, and when I get the chance I'm trading into EB, unless someone local can offer a decent price for it.

If you can't e-bay/amazon it, then you would be best off posting on craigs list for $200 cash. I doubt EB will give you nearly that much.
