Thank you for the update. |
so we will go with .50 first party, .5 third party not so bad 17/34 first party
360 has .19 first party .81 third party 11/58 first party
see the problem?
see how many games nintendo has to push out... now if nintendo can do it awsom im all for 50+ fantastic first party games, and i have no dount that 3rd parties will gain traction. however i do not feel nintendo can keep up the number of first party needed, or that 3rd parites will figure out a consistant way to keep making million sellers.
they dont get the same sells that yearly million seller sports games that other platforms can count on.
they way the could over come it you have talked about, being the largest selling console ever, and i could see that happening, 150 million+
however, i also see both the 360, and ps3 selling more then 2&3 consoles ever have, more then some generations winners sold i expect sales ending in the 80-90s because of a prolonged generation by all players,
this puts the weight back on nintendo to pushout more first party hits, or help devs figure out what they are doing wrong.
over all it its good foreveryone, because more people will be enjoying this past time and more great games will be made
edit: 150+ for the wii now feels low that i think about it, but i need to see next year and how the public reacts to nintendos first price cut when ever that happens
