Kindom Hearts 3 will be on the PS3. Not because of graphics, gameplay, sound, install base, or style. The game will be on PS3 because, Disney wants Blu-Ray to be the next gen Optical Disc format. Disney owns the rights to their charictors and if SE wants to use them they have to have their approval. Disney will only approve them to use their copyrights for a PS3 Kingdom Hearts, it is as simple as that.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter.
