Is there a chance the PS3 WON'T hit 20m this year?

I say it can hit 20 mil. Just about. I don't believe I predicted 21 million.

And if there's a price cut next year, the PS3 will be at a LOT more than 27.3 million by the end of 2009. Don't forget Gran Turismo.
