no, it is the beginning of the day. It really ends at 00:00 Nov 12th. So it is already closed.

well, normally the money wouldn't have come in until friday, but we got the numbers early. As soon as I saw the numbers I pushed the round through hoping people who wait till the last minute would be able to bet more.
