saddly what your saying about amazon is no longer true, much like apple, theycollect tax from several states that tell them not to, have even sent letters from the states offices demanding that they stop, here in tennessee, currently both apple and amazon are being sued, though they still seem to want to collect taxes. the free shipping is nice
on topic, i go to walmart simply because they are open at midnight and i am normally up then, about 1/4 of my games come from walmart. i will say they do piss me off quite regularly and if they had any competition that was open after 9pm id use it. CC and best buy are tied on my chart simply because CC has offered some good deals ive got three free xbox 360 games from them, durring buy one get one 29.99 or less free deals, also they ahve terrible shipping, so you get frequent gift cards for product being late. BB because they have the game most of the time when others are sold out.... i only go to eb/gamestop when im looking for a really old used game, or a game i want to preorder so pretty rare.
also maybe its different down here in tennessee but walmart has the same selection as a CC or bestbuy for 360 games. we have a rather large bestbuy here too, our fits about three normal bestbuys (ive gotta say its amazing the floor space the waste on each redesign, they keep cutting down the movie selection, music, the game selection has not incressed though it was moved to the front of the store)... its the only one for 3+ hours in any direction though.... and they are building another one, this one has been alone for 8 years or so
