extreme fanboyism can typically be dealt with under rules 4, 5, and 8.
under rule four, "... Similarly, even if it's well defended, repeating your opinion about a console or game multiple times is also spamming."
So if it is the same person, just report them, and point out what you think the problem is, and if they are breaking a rule.
granted I have tried to get people banned just cause they iratated the crap out of me. However, it wasn't completely unjustified as they did get perma banned later not related to anything I said or did.
