Why isn't it a wise thing?  There's nothing in the forum rules about it.

 

Because ioi pours hours and hours of hard work and money into this site. If he sees you saying that you block his income to pay for this site, then he will probably ban you. It may not be a rule, but it is a courtesy to help out a site you enjoy.
