Why can't people like games that don't have a 100% average score? Go ask 1000 random people about Heavenly Sword or Wii sports and see what are the results. The game is a hit, and brought non-gamers, casuals and hardcore to play it.
You can say whatever you want but the masses will determine what is or what isn't a success.
