I just bought it last night. The 20% is an in store special on all clearance items. So in store it is $8.
I have to say, the voice acting (or random crappy noises while mouths move) are so annoying. Hopefully people will stop talking after the first couple stages.
Also, there are a few other good games that looked like they were on clearance at Toys R us too.
Elite Beat Agents - $10
Contra 4 - $20
MLB Power Pros - $20
There were a few PS3/X360 games too, but I don't remember what they were.
The site doesn't show EBA or Contra, but I saw those in the store I went to.
