Actually, it kinda did. The graphics were sub-par for the time due to it being an X-box port (within a few months Hi-Def texture packs were comming out) and the unified ammo thing & the lack of a skill system were implemented to give a more streamlined experience and interface for the X-box controller. Also, due to the memory constraints of the X-box there were far more loading screens than necassary and areas were generally a lot smaller than they could have been.
I'm not saying it's the fault of X-box gamer (that would be stupid), but the fault of the devs for designing the game around what they "thought" would be appreciated by console gamers, and then not making a proper PC version.

Oh? I always thought that the game was made for PCs first, and later ported. If that's not the case, I stand corrected.
Theres so many issues with all these lists but needless to say PC is gonna have one hell of a year!

Yes the PC is a unified platform just like consoles. Just because you (or anyone else) chooses not to keep their PC hardware "up to date" doesnt mean its not a platform. PC gaming is not that expensive you are only crippling your own gaming experience by not owning a decent gaming rig
I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. this thread is pretty heavily biased in the pc department, i havnt even heard of half of those games, calling them anticipated is a stretch lol. plus wtf theres no mass effect or splinter cell in the 360 section, ps3 side is satisfactory i suppose, even tho modnation racers should pop up, resistance 3 is confirmed, probably gonna see twisted metal and agent as well but they dont have to be listed yet. oh z101 monado-the megining of the world? dynamic slash? the sky crawlers?....walk into a college dorm room and ask if anyones ever heard of these games, before you start listing every mediocre exclusive for the wii. lol

The PC games aren't anticipated because you haven't heard of them? lol.
Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell: Conviction are multi-platform.
