Nope, you are not the only one not interested in that crap. FFXIII is going to suck just like FFX, FFX2, FFXI, and FFXII. Not to mention pretty much all of the crappy ass games Square Enix has made since changing from Squaresoft. Square Enix makes nothing but horrible games now. The last good Square game was FFIX. I am not sure why anyone likes any of their games anymore. I guess it is probably because all of the kids don't know how bad their games are now compared to their old school games since they never got to play those. Having played every Square game dating back to the original NES and FFI, I have to say that Square is a horrible developer now. Their masterpiece was FFVII and they will never even come close to matching it. The only good JRPG for the last 5-6 years is Lost Odyssey. Everything else is complete crap that can't compare to the SNES and PS1 RPGS...

@Xen - I disagree. I thought the story about FFXII was actually what made the game as good as it was. Very mature and well told IMO.

Although I'll buy it just because around that time I'll want to play a new RPG.

I think you are the only one (plus the other haters in the thread lol); but seriously I am looking more so forward to versus (exclusive) more than final fantasy. But I am buying both games first day.

Nah I'm not interested in it either. I've never played a Final Fantasy game in my life even though I've had every Playstation console.

I'm not too excited for it, but I will buy it. FF games are definitely WAY too emo/angsty (since FF8 really). I always hope for a change with each new one though.

FFXII was trash, I couldn't even finish it I was so bored. With flat characters, and a slowly progressing story, I was bored about 25 hours in; and it is one of the easiest games I've ever played, so there was no challenge to push me.
