I can easily say Capcom.

Ever since Sony's debut in the gaming industry it got major and decisive support from Capcom which helped Sony to be market leader. Resident Evil, Dino Crisis, Devil May Cry and Onimusha are very Sony-identified franchises, not counting the hundreds of Capcom exclusive games for Sony consoles.

I would have to say the most Sony Biased 3rd party would have to be Konami (Kojima) with the MGS games since they are all on the PS platforms (either exclusive or timed exclusive)
