Awesome racer that the only issue is it get a bit repetitive in single player.

Online is insane fun though and for that reason it is the best MK eva.

One of the funnest games on the Wii. Can play with all ur friends, no matter what their level is. Motion controls really add to the experience of the game.

yes, some might complain about the graphics or the crappy battle mode, but i don't care about graphics, and i've had tons of fun in this crappy battle mode you speak of. also the online is amazing, and the gameplay balance is perfection (anyone saying it's too random and theres no skill involved should play rol right now!). i've sunk hundreds of hours into this game. thats more than any other game i have on the wii, including brawl.

the best game on the wii imo, hands down.

- Graphics(don't really need it, but I have to point something negative so)

Pro's:
- Plenty of variety in characters, modes, vehicles and tracks
- Best implementation of Online play on the Wii

Con's:
- No voice chat, which would have made the online just perfect
- Cheating A.I. in 150CC mode
- Random item boxes completely flip a game on it's head all too often - give a person at the back an advantage, but don't guarantee them 1st place

I have to disagree with this. If two people are of relatively equal skill then it can come down to luck in a single race but if you are sufficiently better than someone and know how the game works you should win most of the time. 

There are some terrible racers out there... I made a seperate profile and tried to get down to the lowest online score (never bothered to finish doing it, it was more difficult than trying to get to the top at the time) there are people that are clearly trying to do well, but are doing so badly that the game assumes they are cocking about and dissconnects them (I think if you tak more than 1min 30sec to get past a particular point in the race it does this)

It's true someone of lesser skill can beat you sometimes, but the "sometimes" is the keye word, I mean people like Cougarman or Luthor on this website are actually very good racers... but my ratios with them are like 300:50.

The item balance is a good thing because it keeps races intersting, without something like that... people like Rol would always come first.

A great, fun game, but definitely a step down from the previous installment (Mario Kart DS). The wii-mote steering wheel isn't perfect and sometimes a little awkward, but it's a very fun local multiplayer experience.

The graphics aren't great (especially given how good mario kart DS looked on that console and how good some Wii games can look) and the weapons aren't as balanced (i've found) as the DS game. Also the new maps don't quite live up to the standard we've come to expect from the series (again, especially after the awesome maps found on the DS game).

It would have scored higher if we didn't get the excellent DS game first.
