That´s why I think having a 360/Wii or PS3/Wii combination is the best option this gen...most "big titles" from 3rd parties are for 360/PS3,while the Wii gets a little piece here and there (Fatal Frame IV,Monster Hunter 3)...thing is,the 360 has proven to be a money making machine for 'core' 3rd party games,already having about 25 million sellers,most of them from 3rd parties...they see these numbers,they smile...and while the Wii sells very well,there´s some kind of 'stygma',from the thinking that many 3rd parties have that "only Nintendo games really sell well on Nintendo systems",along with many assumptions (such as this one from Akira Yamaoka) on who makes up most of the Wii userbase,since there´s the 'assumption' that many who are buying the system are the so called "non gamers"...and as HappySquirriel said,most 3rd parties aren´t too daring and adventurous,they probably have already gotten confortable developing "big,core games" for the 360/PS3 while throwing the Wii a bone or two.....put together all that,and that´s why I think a 360/Wii or PS3/Wii is an extremely good combination...in a nutshell,IF YOU CARE ABOUT 'CORE' TITLES FROM 3RD PARTIES,ONLY A Wii WON´T BE ENOUGH.

They're just mad because dewy bomed. Let them get over the hurt and I'm sure they will support the wii with great titles.

BTW Konami, great job by making the 360 the lead platform. Why? because I own a 360.

This seems sort of odd from a company that's publishing the vast majority of their games on the DS. Seems to me that Konami is all talk and no action. Once a system has a large user base they'll support it whether they complain about it or not.

Also, if they didn't want Dewey to bomb maybe they shouldn't have developed the game in 6 months then refused to advertise it. How about you put some effort into a game Konami. Then people will buy it.

what else can they say?? Konami have their highest and most expesive profile game developed for the ps3 (MGS4), they will want to convince all potential future console buyers to think wii suck and they should get a xbox360 or ps3 (hint: the ease of porting ps3 game to xbox360), if these buyers invested in a 360 or ps3, even if ps3 version of MGS4 dont live up to their expected sales number, they can have it on a timely exclusive and port it to xbox360, because its easy to port it to xbox360(I'm not trying to say MGS4 will be on xbox360 dont try to flame, just an example), But if these future buyers all have their mentally set on the wii then it'll be a problem for konami, MGS4 is too advanced and you cant even have a strip down version for the Wii even if it got a huge user base.

Uhm, Dewey's development started at the same time as Elebits, I read it in an interview way back when it was announced (February methinks).

I wonder how Elebits or Dewey would have sold on 360? ;)

 Is that confirmed for 2008 release? i haven't seen or heard anything about it since the trailer about 6 or so months ago
