COD4 , AC and PES will be able to become millionsellers this year

I wonder how Uncharted will do in europe/american holliday sales - Sing Star in europe will be something to look out for aswell , although I expect it to get to 1 million in about 6 month from now on ... and there still are UT3 in america and GT5 Prologue in japan,which may be able to take off and sell a million ,although the chances very slim for that to happen within this year

UT3 I can see doing very well, but the last thing I read was that it would be shipping in limited quantities at first so I dont expect amazing numbers for it this year. Strong legs though, thats for sure.

Prologue in Japan should be huge, they love their gran turismo.

CoD4, AC, PES2008 and Uncharted

Looks like Call of Duty 4 and Assassin's are definitely making it this year. Maybe UT3, although the shooter genre is pretty crowded at the moment, and almost certainly the new Gran Turismo when it comes out.

Uncharted and Ratchet are solid games, but don't have a chance at reaching a million.

but R & C really deserved this

 Its not over for R&C, it got looked over due to COD4 and AC. I see it recieving a nice boost in the midst of the holiday period, possibly hitting 500K WW before the years end (Its at around 250K without even seeing Others numbers, which shouldnt be lower than 100,000), and then having strong legs after. I know I didnt pick it up straight away cause of everything else, which is the same with others I think.

That remains to be seen for Uncharted. Software for the PS3 is doing very well in Europe and Europe do favor Action/Adventure games so that makes Uncharted fit right in. I can definitely see the game selling much better in Europe then in the US.

I agree with people saying that UT3 will be a big hitter, as it is a well known game franchise and tend to be solid games!

I do think that R&C should be a million seller as it is an amazing game, it should have great legs for a while yet anyway!

Ratchet will do just fine. Great to see some good figures. Ubisoft should be pleased with AC... CoD4 is also doing well.

I think people have miscontrued the status of Ratchet's sales.

Before I start, they dissapoint me.

Okay, Ratchet: Deadlocked had an opening month of 55,000k in Oct 05 according to NPD. Tools of Destruction had an opening of 74,500 in Oct 07 according to NPD. I don't this game will have the legs of the previous games (due to install base) but it will have some legs.
