^^ Agreed, as much as I loved FFX, random battles were pretty annoying.

its a really good game i dont see why everyone hates it so much , its just simple and fun
and i like the soundtrack , its calming and orchestral, the characters are all funny-ish and light hearted.
its one of my favourite games.

That's good, random battles are outdated and archaic, it's a good thing that was taken out.

That's as cheap as you're going to see both of them. P3FES has been $20 for a bit now, and the supply at that price is starting to dwindle. P4 runs about $30 now, and is also starting to run low in some areas. (The $20 price for it right now is a steal.) Given how I've seen Atlus titles jump in price, I'd severely worry about being able to get them both for $50 come October...

FFX's encounter rate wasn't that bad. But Yeah after playing Persona 3/4 I've come to understand that Turned-based JRPGs can do without Random battles
